New York, New York (Friday, May 2, 2008) - Actress/Playwright Tricia Walsh-Smith, best known for her now infamous YouTube Divorce Video is auctioning off her wedding dress on eBay.com (seller username: Lucy-and-Ethel) with all proceeds benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). The gown, custom made by Yumi Katsura, was worn by Tricia in her wedding to Philip Smith.

first I wanted to burn the dress for all my husband's put me through but if I can do some good with the bad fortune I've been dealt, then I will,' said Tricia. 'Taking all of the attention focused on me and for a moment, shedding light on a worthy cause like the WWP to help wounded men and women in uniform is something I felt drawn to doing.'
Custom made gowns by Yumi Katsura run upwards of $25,000. This classically-styled elegant sleeveless bridal gown is made from 100% silk with a squared off neckline, rounded back with hidden center zip and train.
The mission of the Wounded Warrior Project is honoring and empowering wounded warriors. The WWP seeks to assist those men and women of the American armed forces, who have been severely injured during the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world.
