- Fitch Ratings places 30 U.S. ABS bonds on Rating Watch Negative.

This action follows Fitch's placement of Financial Security Assurance's (FSA) Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) at 'AAA', on Rating Watch Negative. For more information please refer to 'Fitch Places FSA on Rating Watch Negative', dated Oct. 9, 2008, available on the Fitch Ratings web site at www.fitchratings.com.

The ratings of the bonds are supported by a financial guaranty policy provided by FSA, and therefore are placed on Rating Watch Negative.
