2008-07-20 12:15:54 - Patong Harbor View Purchases New Road Access From Simon Cabaret Group to have a better access road to the project located on Sirirat road.

Patong Harbor View Co. LTD., A Phuket Real Estate Development Company located in Patong Beach, Thailand has announced it has purchased road access rights from Simon Cabaret Group to have better access to the project located at 40 Sirirat road in Patong Beach, Thailand.

Currently, the unpaved road will be paved by Patong Harbor View in the upcoming months. The

old road will be decommissioned in three years when the new access road will be built by Simon Cabaret group and Patong Harbor View group Jointly.

The spokesman for Patong Harbor View Apartments owner and real estate project creator Scott Riefler said "This new road project will give a better access road for our condominium owners and the future owners of condominiums in our project. This purchase is a real big plus for our project having a paved concrete six meter wide access road that comes out right to the front of our apartment project. This new access road will allow our customers to go Patong beach, town or Jungceylon mall within minutes from leaving our project door."

Currently, Patong Harbor View has five condominium units available before the projects' twenty nine apartment units are completely sold out.
