Signium International Appoints Colleen Nestor

Signium International, Inc. a global executive search firm with 39 offices in 21 countries announces that Colleen Nestor will succeed Sue Speight as the firms next Executive Director, effective June 30, 2008. Ms. Nestor will direct all operations including management of legal, financial, and marketing functions. She will also provide strategic support to Signium International's Chairman and Board of Directors.
Most recently, Ms. Nestor was employed as Association Executive at SmithBucklin, the world's largest association management company serving over 225 trade organizations. At SmithBucklin, she most recently served as Executive Director for one of the firm's largest clients, ITUG, a global HP user community for NonStop business solutions where she provided comprehensive strategic advice and consultation to the board of directors. She also led all ITUG operations including: financial management, event planning in the United States and Europe, managing vendor partner relationships, marketing, and membership recruitment and retention.
Earlier in her career at SmithBucklin, Ms. Nestor served as Associate Executive Director for the Society for Information Management (SIM), a professional society for senior IT executives and thought leaders.
Prior to working for SmithBucklin, Ms. Nestor was a higher education consultant for Arthur Andersen and Huron Consulting Group where she contributed to a variety of business projects for several clients
including: The Ohio State University, Clemson University, and California Institute of Technology.
Ms. Nestor graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton (Ohio) earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and a Certificate of International Business.
