www.yangaroo.com - YANGAROO Inc. (TSX-V: YOO, OTCBB: YOOIF), the industry's leading secure digital media distribution company, has integrated its Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) with the iMediaTouch Radio Automation Software from OMT Inc. (TSX-V:OMT).

As a result of this integration, iMediaTouch users at over 1,500 radio stations throughout the United States can now import new music

available through YANGAROO's DMDS directly into their iMediaTouch music library. New music is imported with cart chunk track information and album artwork using the iMediaImport module.

YANGAROO's DMDS is a web-based delivery system available free to the radio industry that replaces the physical distribution of music. It allows radio stations throughout North America to receive broadcast-quality music and promotional materials digitally and securely from independent and major record labels.

"DMDS' integration with iMediaTouch will further streamline the process of getting new music from record labels and artists to airplay," said John Heaven, President & CEO of YANGAROO. "It will provide stations with the most up-to-date information on the music directly in their libraries and seamlessly provide images and meta-data for display with their web radio services."

"Integrating iMediaTouch with YANGAROO's DMDS service was an important initiative for our customers," explained Marieke Wijtkamp, President and Chief Operating Officer of OMT. "DMDS provides a simple and effective way for radio stations to keep their music library current and accurate. One of our key objectives in 2008 is to integrate with a variety of complementary product providers that add value for our customers. The DMDS service is a perfect fit for that objective."

YANGAROO's patented Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) is a leading secure B2B digital delivery solution for the music and advertising industries. DMDS is a web-based delivery system that pioneers secure digital file distribution by incorporating biometrics, high-value encryption and watermarking. YANGAROO's DMDS has made over five million deliveries of over 11,000 songs from more than 500 record labels to destinations which include radio stations representing over 35 US broadcast chains. The number of deliveries made by US record labels via YANGAROO's DMDS increased by 266% in 2007 to 1.3 million.

DMDS is the only system that can digitally deliver music across the U.S., Canada and the UK. YANGAROO has offices in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and London, UK.
